In the years 1990-2009 he held several positions: Vice President and Sales Executive of Zaklady Azotowe in Tarnow-Moscice, Vice President and then CEO of Zaklady Azotowe in Kedzierzyn-Kozle, Vice President and acting CEO of PKN Orlen S.A., partner at Ernst & Young Poland, Business Advisory (oil, gas, chemicals), and Vice President of DGA S.A.
In the years 2004-2008 he was President of the Board of the Oil and Gas Engineers Association SITPNiG.
Currently he runs his own consultancy company: Janusz Wisniewski Business Solutions, and he is also President of the Polish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of World Petroleum Council and The Oil and Gas Council.

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology at Faculty of Construction, Mechanics and Petrochemicals under the chemical technology specialization. He was an Assistant Professor in Industrial Chemistry Research Institute in Warsaw. He was also Managing Director of the Centre of Innovations and Technological Investments Ltd. and Director of Department of Technological Investments in AKJ Capital S.A.
In 2009 he became a Vice-President of the Board of Chemical Company “Police” S.A. From 2010 he was an Executive Member of the Board of Anwil S.A. (PKN ORLEN GROUP). He worked also as a President of the Board of Chemeko Ltd. (Anwil Group).
Currently he is a member of many chemical associations like American Chemical Society. He is a Council Member of Polish Chamber of Commerce and Presidium Member of Committee of Chemistry in Polish Academy of Sciences. Since 2013, he became the President of the Board of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry and he is also the Vice-President of Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers and a Board Member of European Chemical Employers Group (ECEG) and Global Advisory Board Member of World Refining Association.

Wolfgang is the global leader of Deloitte´s Chemicals and Specialty Materials business segment. He specializes in strategy, organisation, carve outs, pre-to post-merger integration, as well as improving purchasing, sales, and distribution performance of chemical, petrochemical, plastics and chemical distribution companies. He has carried out various engagements, mostly for large, global clients.
After serving as an application technology manager for the beverage industry at Henkel, Wolfgang spent 15 years with Roland Berger, where he was an equity partner and leader of the global chemicals and oil practice.
Before joining Deloitte in 2015, Wolfgang spent more than 9 years with AlixPartners, leading the Oil, Gas & Chemicals practice in EMEA.

Graduating from University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) in 1992 , Joanna has worked across the chemicals and plastics sectors for just over 25 years. Most recently she held the role of Vice President of Marketing & Innovation on the board of LINPAC Packaging. Prior to that she was European Marketing Director at Sun Chemical and a Global Product Director at Dow Chemical, where she worked for over 14 years. Effective October 2014, Joanna launched PHD Marketing & Strategy Ltd. handling the marketing and communications requirements of a number of print, plastics, packaging and high technology companies on a national and international basis. Today, she supports Cornelius Group PLC with a range of marketing and communications services including market insights, communications strategy and digital and media management.

He is responsible for delivering technical security analysis, architecture and security design projects and the design and implementation of security management organizations. Peter has more than 20 years of IT project experience and a strong track record of security assessments and the assessment, development, and implementation of IT-controls and information security frameworks.

Goetz Erhardt has over 20 years of consulting experience with multinational clients in the chemical, metals and industrial markets. Goetz specializes in marketing and sales strategy, enterprise transformation and strategic change. He currently focuses on topics such as enterprise performance improvement, Industry 4.0 and digital transformation in the business-to-business markets.
Goetz leads Accenture’s Industry Consulting Practice for the Chemicals, Metals and Mining Sector in Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. A specific focus of his work is the impact of digitization and disruptive change through changing demand patterns in the end-customer markets on the basic industry sectors.
Goetz also serves as a member of the Board of the Accenture Foundation in Germany which provides pro bono services to disadvantaged stakeholder groups to equip them with skills to succeed in the digital age.

Ralph de Haan is the co-founder and co-CEO of Kemgo, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive staff.
An industry insider with a flare for the entrepreneurial, Ralph spent 10+ years honing in on experience that is proving to be invaluable to Kemgo by taking on roles with increasing responsibilities across multiple petrochemical product types from marketing to supply chain. Yearning to feed his entrepreneurial spirit, Kemgo was conceived after working for several petrochemical companies globally and wondering ‘why can’t it be easier?’ Turning that concept into Kemgo was no easy feat.

Bharat is the CEO of the Noahs Ark Chemicals companies, and obtained his PhD in Chemicals Engineering from Bath University.
In 2001 Bharat established the UK company as a trader and distributor of commodity and specialty chemicals. He then progressed with his team to expand Noahs Ark Chemicals first into Europe and then into a global operation. The companies have many accolades and awards to their credit, including the prestigious Queens Award for Industry.
Being a successful entrepreneur, Bharat’s current focus is to harness some of the intense changes currently being experienced in today’s world to drive rapid business growth.
Hans ten Cate is Commercial Director in Europe (EMEAI) of Xiameter.

Dr. Udo Jung is a Senior Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group.
He is based in the firms Frankfurt office and serves clients in the chemical and petrochemical industry on a global base is key strategic and value creation topic; including portfolio management, transformation of operating models and the impact of digitalization. He joined the Boston Consulting Group in 1990 and has been the founder and long term leader of both the chemical and the petrochemical sector. One of his focus areas within chemicals is the chemical distribution industry. Udo has authored and co-authored BCGs reports on the chemical distribution industry since 2010. He supports both chemical producers and distributors is key topics, such as multi-channel management, growth strategies, organization and innovation. This also include due diligence, M&A and Post-merger integration projects.

Steffen is part of the SAFECHEM management team since 2003, were he has held various positions in marketing and business development before he moved to his current role as Business Director. He played a leading role in the development of studies on “Chemical Product Services”, “Chemical Leasing” and “Chemical Management Services”.
He studied Business Economics at the University of Passau (Germany) and at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration in Mikkeli (Finland).
Sebastian Steudtner was born in Nuremberg (Germany), but it was not until a family vacation to France at the age of 9 that he learned to surf. He instantly fell in love with the sport and dreamed of being a professional surfer from that moment on.
In 2010, at only 24 years old, he surfed the year's biggest wave at Pe'ahi, Maui (Jaws), making him the first European ever to win the XXL Biggest Wave Award.
In 2014, he surfed a 71-foot wave at Praia do Norte in Nazare (Portugal) and won the XXL Biggest Wave Award for the 2nd time, putting him into a class of All-Time Elite Big Wave Surfers.
After an injury and surgery that set him back in 2015, Sebastian is 100% healed and back to chasing the World Record for Biggest Wave ever surfed.
